HR directors also oversee staff operations, business planning and budget development of HR programs. They also plan, direct, and manage all human resource initiatives, such as recruitment, compensation, benefits, training and employee relations of an organization. They are in charge of hiring, training, coaching, salary and benefits, team building, and leadership.
