They work at various managerial levels within an organization, from the head of an office or store to a team leader managing customer service staff. Their roles vary widely, but some typical job duties are creating and accomplishing customer service goals, meeting financial goals, leading a customer service team, learning about the company products or services and keeping up to date on them, and improving customer relations.
