November 2019
Registered Nurse (RN) in Fort Worth:
Poor to no management support whatsoever. More concern over cluttered unreadable white boards than patient care/safety. Computers from 20+ yrs ago running an electronic charting system that is actually less efficient than actual paper charting. Very little chance for movement to different departments, advancement, or even transfers to different facilities. Their pay scale for non-management is the lowest out there.
December 2019
"Great employer."
Patient Access Director in Fort Worth:
Pros: Independence
Cons: Pricing transparency
