The assistant director of career services is responsible for a variety of tasks related to the career services provided by their organization. They must ensure their department provides excellent career advice and development services to their clients. These assistant directors provide one-on-one career advice to clients and organize career workshops; they must be able to market these offerings to their client base as well. Additionally, assistant directors of career services must be able to develop a relationship with relevant professionals in the public and private sectors to help build the career services offered by their organization.
