Strategic Partnership Manager Reviews

Q: What is it like working as a Strategic Partnership Manager?

Strategic Partnership Manager in Trenton:
"Managing Partnerships."
Pros: I like working with a wide variety of people to help them reach their sustainability, environmental, social justice goals. I enjoy the creative problem solving opportunities and marketing experiences. The office culture is very open and casual with lots of room for upward mobility.
Cons: The company is still small and rapidly growing. This means that each employee has to take on a lot of responsibility and be able to handle high levels of stress. There is no clear delineation of responsibility. Additionally, you have to work with every department and maneuver a lot of red tape to see things accomplished. Since I am the once dealing with the external client, I also have to be the one to break the bad news if another department messes up.

Strategic Partnership Manager in Atlanta:
"Connecting Resources to our Client Base."
Pros: Observing the generosity of others. Observing the gratitude of those we serve. Seeing lives transformed. Working among like-minded, kind, and professional people.
Cons: Scheduling. Long Meetings.
