Assistant Brand Manager - (City withheld for privacy), Connecticut, United States
if I were a man I would be making a hellava lot more $$ than I ever would as a woman. I outwork most men in my workplace and always get passed over for raises. I am being completely unbiased and have noted that in most situations it's virtually the same scenario. Men get the higher paying jobs with the accolades and women get passed over and hold the nuts and bolts of a company and are paid far less than their counterparts.
