Job Description

I have worked for this company for 9 months. I like my management, but the coworkers are stressful. They are always cussing and yelling at both the debtors over the phone and additional coworkers. We are always pressured to perform extremely high, yet including our bonuses our average pay/hour is about 12.00. The average for this area is about 15.00 (not including bonuses).
