Geography is the biggest factor affecting pay for this group, followed by career length and the individual firm. Most workers in this position report high levels of job satisfaction. The vast majority (84 percent) of Corporate Travel Consultants who took the survey are female. While somewhere between a fifth and a fourth report receiving no health benefits, a fair number do receive medical coverage, and more than half have dental, as well.
