I have no advice...I was fired for my performance but I was never written up for it...I was on call 24/7...always showed up no matter what time...even trouble shot over the phone on how to fix things while in hospital...I don't know anymore...guess I am still in shock.

If you are working for a company and you are working closely with one or more of the owners, you'll probably begin to see adverse ways of business...Watch out! More than one owner results in chaos.
