Management Assistant Reviews

What is it like working as a Management Assistant?

Management Assistant in Richmond:
"Set appointments and meetings. Assist with Hiring."
Pros: Generally I have lots of free time because I am efficient. I volunteer for other projects or to assist additional managers. I can earn credit hours to use for vacation time.
Cons: I do not do work commeasurate with my education and skills. The agency values a technical or finance background. I am not able to advance as I would wish. I have been told by my manager that this is a dead end job.
