At my last job the boss treated the "support staff" like we were dirt while "her therapists" were treated like gold. I started out making $9.00 per hour as an office manager. I supervised 3 employees and worked by myself. When it was time for my yearly evaluation the boss would only give 0.25 to 0.75 while she would give the therapists anywhere from $1.00 and up.
