Non-profit organization (NPO) program administrators serve a middle management position in organizing and leading teams in various functions such as collecting donations, planning fundraisers, planning and completing missions and various other functions that NPO's perform. They usually report to program managers, and they usually work a standard Monday through Friday work week in an office environment. Since they work hands-on with their company's events and functions, they may also work after hours or on weekends during a program event.
