Construction project supervisors work closely with other supervisors and management to ensure that projects are being completed on time. The construction project supervisor must develop a plan and follow through with it. They are required to work closely with vendors and site managers in making sure that all problems are dealt with in a timely manner and that they not hinder progress on the project.
