Job Description for Refuse, Garbage, and Recyclable Material Collector

Refuse, garbage, and recyclable material collectors are responsible for ensuring that all trash and other material deemed as garbage is cleared from the community in a timely and orderly fashion with minimal disruption for citizens. This position can be physically demanding, so candidates should be in good health and able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout shifts and on a regular basis.
