Job Description for Regional Facilities Manager

Many large companies have a great number of locations and sales outlets for which they need regional facilities managers. These managers are responsible for supervising the condition and upkeep of existing stores and outlets and may also work on the construction of new stores within their region, which may involve remodeling, renovation, or capital improvements.


Regional Facilities Manager Tasks

  • Make sure property and buildings are properly maintained and meet health and safety codes.
  • Hire, train, and supervise property managers and maintenance staff.
  • Manage the operation of a company‚Äôs properties and facilities in a geographic region.
