Senior sales operations managers are responsible for setting quotas, as well as designing and implementing a compensation package for the best sales performers in their organization. They also provide ad hoc analysis for other departments as needed. These managers use a personal computer as one of their main tools to stay in touch with their sales personnel, as well as keep an accurate record of sales and interactions with prospect clients.
