Job Description for Benefits Coordinator

Businesses that have many employees with company-sponsored benefits frequently employ a benefits coordinator. Much of the coordinator's work centers around helping to administer the organization’s health plan, including providing information and processing related documentation. Additionally, the coordinator may be tasked with overseeing employees' earned vacation time and providing data to middle managers for staffing and scheduling needs.
