Content Marketing Director Reviews

Q: What is it like working as a Content Marketing Director?

Content Marketing Director in Billings:
"Multi tasking."
Pros: It's challenging and allows me to learn new skills along with managing multiple projects. I'm self managed with very little supervision and am empowered to make decisions and move forward on projects.
Cons: The corporate politics and culture is very conservative and risk adverse. There is no formal human resources department or vision for employee training. Compensation is based on an old school model with no ability for high performing employees to earn bonuses or reach for goal setting KPIs.
