Corporate chefs typically work with the marketing, sales, and purchasing departments, as well as territory managers and customers. They must also develop and execute sales presentations to maximize commercial growth and ensure that budgets are met at all times.
Corporate chefs should be action-oriented, good at multitasking, and have strong communication skills to proactively communicate with employees at all levels of the company as well as customers. They should also have strong decision-making and organizational skills and be able to adapt to changing environments.
