Pros: I love the customers! Those customers pay my paycheck and I always go out of my way to give that extra smile, or say hello, ask about there day! Being friendly is a must!
Cons: The hours! Some days you are there all day long, and as much as I love customers there are those that no after what you do you can't please them. So the best and the worst has to be that! Dealing with mean, mad, and angry people is hard.

Pros: I am in an industry I truly enjoy. I am extremely advanced at selling products and love to sell.
Cons: I hate the hours. I hate the bad work environment. I hate the false pay that I was told, the commute, the owner.

"You get to do a little bit of everything."
Pros: Project management and making sure everything happens. Being in control of all the moving parts to ensure that things move forward.
Cons: Lots of responsibility and when things fail it's on your shoulders.
People look to you for guidance and you don't always have the answers.

Pros: The people and staff are always friendly.
Cons: I do not approve of the micro management and high school mentality.

Pros: Flexible hours and I'm able to make my own schedule. Friendly work environment. Easy.
Cons: Stressful. Not as many responsibilities as I would like. No room for growth. Owner is absent most of the time and does not listen to new ideas.
