Human Resources (HR) Officer Advice

Q: What is it like working as a Human Resources (HR) Officer?

Human Resources (HR) Officer in Lindsay:
"Project Management."
Working in Human Resources, specifically in Recruitment, requires strong project management skills. Basically, you are working on several projects (hiring for different positions), all at the same time, with a number of steps and very strict deadlines. I personally, work well in this type of atmosphere but it isn't for everyone. Lots of deadlines and managers wanting things all at the same time. When I started I didn't realize it would be like this.
