The types of work are interesting and challenging. T pay and the way you are treated with contempt by the senior management is awful. To them you are little more that a carbon based work unit. QinetiQ relies on its senior staff to provide customers with expertise and experience but they try to get away with junior members of staff which the customer is wise too and not impressed.
