H&M doesn't give bonus or pay over time for public holidays or Sundays when it comes to managers. They have a good culture, and management that is very business focused. The normal medical aid and pension is on offer which comes as a heafty price to the employee.

Thousand Oaks! The place to Live, work, play and relax!! TO is a beautiful city. Lots of friendly people, restaurants, social activities.

Operations Manager:
I've seen a ton of growth and my career has grown within Vivint. I work with some of the very best people, but often deal with some of the dumbest issues. Compensation is on par with the work. Perks are good.
