Fast-paced and continual growth of knowledge, but little appreciation pay-wise.

Pros: Client interaction and working team-based. Depending on the team, the role is very independent and I learn something new everyday.
Cons: There is little appreciation from management and no transparency on compensation, or who to reach out to for those conversations.
