Life of a Operations Manager.
Operations Manager:
Pros: Today was a good day, I had to work alone because business got slow. But what I like most is the fact that I have so much on my shoulders, I love having alot on my plate it makes me working twice as hard.
Cons: The bad thing is that I have to fire people. I don't like taking things away from people but at the same time I can't afford for them to be standing around or bottle necking a job. Production is the main key and I need people to fill those orders.
