Too much Responsibility for amount of Pay

When I started with this new firm, I was promised more money, guaranteed bonuses, and ownership. I do A/R's, A/P/s, Payroll, Network management for 7 person office, software upgrades, negotiate all equipment purchases/leases, professional registrations, benefits administration, answer 5 line phone system and general office management functions necessary to run an office.
