My employer (company) has been reorganized by our corporate office several times in the last few years. My previous two supervisors were sent in to "fix" the company and were too busy to notice me or know what my duties entailed. Contract and Temporary Employees Need Better Benefits

Just because an employee is in a contractor or temporary employee status doesn't mean he/she should be subjected to accepting insurance that doesn't meet their needs. There should be more equitable coverages available - or flexible plans for single parents.
