Pros: Leadership is lead globally, however Directors have a clear understanding of their role, and in turn provide great insight to staff on how they can contribute effectively to the common goal.
Cons: At times, red tape to get simple jobs or needs met. Eg. numerous paperwork and approvals to get a chair sent to a home worker.
