May 2016
Medical Assistant:
Pros: There are several things that I like about my job:
1. The interaction and relationships I get to build with my patients. Everyone is unique in their own way. Everyone has something to offer to you.
2. There is always something you learn everyday.
3. The satisfaction of knowing someone needed my help. And our team cured them.
Cons: Office conditions.
The management. There is no manager.
April 2016
Medical Assistant:
Pros: Gaining knowledge on various day to day health conditions, h9w certain medication can and can't help, and helping out in ways that may seem insignificant but go a long ways.
Cons: There are always two types of patients: comoliant and noncompliant. What I have come to hate are those none compliant patients who look for ways to get rid of pain in the form of medicine but completely ignore the lifestyle changes that could so the same thing without long-term side effects.
