Pros: People, I love meeting new people and watching them grow or fail.
I enjoy teaching something new to my employees. I love being in charge of the warehouse and be in control of our production.
Cons: Work hours I do not get overtime so when I work over 60 hours a week I feel robbed and completely tired. I also work the night shift although I love my shift I do not like the hours I work.
