Salary is horrible. 30%-40% below industry standards. Your achievements are not recognized or appreciated......unless your only department is Planning. Promotions are only a lateral move. Does not engage in recognizing talent to promote within. Many talented people has left for these reasons. Should only be treated as a stepping stone to grow your career elsewhere.
