Pros: I like being in the city. Because I am in the construction industry I can see what my company is doing to Denver's infrastructure.
Cons: Denver is becoming very crowed with out of state people so traffic is bad.

Some employers are stuck on the past concerning their filing systems and computer technology. Be brave, patient, and open-minded, but don't forget to look for opportunities to bring the company into the 21st century. It will be hard work, but will be so worthwhile!

Cons: The working environment, there was bullying going on, on all levels staring with Sr. Officers. Misuse of employees time and Sr. Officers allowing this to happen. Employees playing games on their ipads, or looking for furniture on their work computers, getting personal packages mailed to the bank. Fifty working conditions.
