Good For Now.
Administrative Assistant:
Pros: I enjoy this kind of office work. I enjoy the educational atmosphere and professionalism. The campus is beautiful. I work with good people. There is enough responsibility to make me feel like a useful member of the college, but not so much that I get stressed out.
Cons: Some faculty talk to me and/or treat me like I'm not as intelligent as they are. Some faculty see the kind of work I do as beneath them and/or that their time is more important than mine. This job can get boring when there is not much to do.

My advice for a new Administrative Assistant would for them to be organized, resourceful and think out of the box. In addition, they need to have great interpersonal relations with all levels of a company.
