Pros: The reporting analisys is very important to meassure the goals of the company and a key issue to build corporate strategies.
Cons: The salary, the stress that we manage all day long and my boss.

Need to be open to new ideas and flexible, ability to think ahead for what may be needed; ability to put together a plan to resolve an issue or to start a new project. Be able to help Campus President, whether he is on campus or off-campus; in Ohio or traveling.
Be able to work with the management team, program chairs, or with any staff and organization on campus and report back to the Campus President.
Be able to read over contracts and highlight points for the Campus President to review.
