Cons: Long hours of extremely fast paced work and a lack of feeling like a human being based off of corporation treatment.

Pros: Flat Rate Pay. Work at own pace. Not hassled about brakes as long as you manage them accordingly.
Cons: Shop is unprepared as a company. Lacking major utilities needed to complete jobs causing us to turn away work and making for a slower work week. Certain things that should be provided aren't there. With few hours stress is cause through money struggles.
