Creative Manager, Advertising Tasks

Under the direction of the Creative Director, oversee the creative department, and ensure that projects stay on schedule and within budget.
Present clients with proposals for advertising campaigns and ensure the final product meets the client’s expectations.
Work with account managers to identify client’s advertising needs.
Train, direct, and supervise artists, copy writers, and editors directing campaign planning and execution.
