Administrative Assistant Reviews
What is it like working as an Administrative Assistant?
September 2016
Time management, Communication skills, Organized approach.
Administrative Assistant:
Pros: My favorite parts of my last job included the ability to work independently (trust from employers) & the people I worked with. It’s great to work with people that care about their company and doing a good job. It’s hard to find that environment today because so many people just don’t care about honesty, hard work & integrity.
I like the location of my job, just 15 min from where I live and my manager is great, and I like the flexibility He offers us (to work the hours that are most effective for us, even can work from home whenever it makes sense).
Cons: There are a number of things I don’t like about the company I work for, I found that there was no more scope of career growth in the company after reaching a certain level. The company had a stagnant point where they would simply retain employees without continuing to develop their potential in order to move the company forward.” but I can find a fair amount to like in the job itself.
