Customer Service Representative (CSR):
Regular wage reviews, but the "budget" given to management only allows for about 2% increase-below the rate of inflation. When Bunzl purchased this company 4 years ago, we were told 2 things: Bunzl pays in top 25th percentile, and market surveys of wages would be forthcoming. No sign of either 4 years later. Regular wage reviews are definitely an improvement from before, but we are still grossly underpaid in a market that is very difficult for employers to find workers.
