Basic Salary is the worst.

The benefits are not helpful with regards to medical aid as it only covers hospital and doctor visits with no medication being dispensed at all. And nothing is contributed towards it by the company.

Pros: The good thing about my job is that it is funded by the state government, and you get a ton of benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401k, state of texas discounts on local retailers, sick leave, paid vacation, and retirement.
Cons: The only thing that I would say that is not really fun is dealing with nearly 100 phone calls a day and keeping count to show that we actually care, and just the basic secretary duties.
