Cons: The hours. It is not a 9-5 job and weekends as well.

Scheduling.
Customer Service Representative (CSR):
Pros: Hours are suited to my needs most of the time. Managers are not the best at their job but they are mostly friendly. Pay is above min wage.
Cons: Frequent schedule changes without notice. Conflicts between sm and asm cause snags in the team I work with.

I really enjoy working in claims.

Pros: I really like helping people.
Cons: Something that I like least about my job is when an Insured is upset and I can't help them.

Pros: I like helping people and providing support for an e-commerce business.
Cons: This is still customer service. You still have to deal with very angry people as well as angry co-workers on a daily basis.

Pros: I like the fact that you always have something to do no matter how slows the month can be.
Cons: Anything in the inbound department could be done by anyone with or with out experience.
