Having a "good" job which makes you happy should provide 4 things, and that's really it: -A sense that you are producing something meaningful -Clear and frequent performance feedback from superiors -Pleasant coworkers whom you respect(whom you can at least tolerate) -At least 2 "close" friends at work ANything more than that makes it not a "job," but a lifestyle, which is fine if that is what you really want in a job.

This is an hourly job that is not that difficult. It does require people skills and a confident attitude. I do alot of other things besides phone and greeting guests. This type of position is designed for someone who's personal life is more important then having a career. If you want to make alot of money this is not the job for you.

Let them know you intend to be an active player in the company. Read what you can about their mission and their objectives and strategies. Ask lots of questions. Although they may not seem to apply to your job, let them know you want to get a solid global perspective on the direction the company is going.
