As the human resources manager, one is responsible for all aspects of an equal employment opportunity program. Duties include, but are not limited to, program development, administration, evaluation, and advisory functions. The human resources manager is also tasked with complaint facilitation, which may involve intervention at an early stage in order to resolve conflicts as quickly as possible. These duties must be performed on a regular basis to keep the human resources department functioning efficiently and in accordance with equal employment opportunity regulations.
