Not only did I achieve a higher starting salary than the previous manager (whom moved up in her career to the prime contract and Program Manager of the entire contraact); I continued to work hard, having regular contact with my offsite (out of state) boss, getting feedback not only from the employees but the customer, allowed me to maintain success throughout my tenure. County Payscales Need A Serious Look -

My advice is to not work for county governments until they can bring their payscales up to median range. There are 6 people who run the whole computer department for the county who have a total workforce of over 650 people and growing. We have to constantly wear multiple hats and we work hard only to be paid up to half of what the median salary range is for our job description. It's very disheartening when you are an expert in the IT industry and you can't even be paid enough to afford a hom...

I have worked for this company for over five years and this company keep telling me that the government does not give a rise. When the minimum wages go up then you will receive it. Right now I make six dollars an hour, That is only eithy five cents more.
