With Compference18 being less than a month away, now is a great time to start thinking about which Compference activities you’ll want to attend while you’re in Orlando. If you’re someone who likes to network or are simply looking for ways to expand your compensation community, we have a few suggestions to help get you started.
Frequent Breaks During The Day
We know that day-long conferences can get stuffy and boring, so we make sure to provide you with plenty of time to stretch your legs and walk around. One of the easiest ways to network at Compference is to take advantage of break time. Each day of Compference comes with three hours of break time spread out throughout the day, whether it’s a snack break or just a breather between sessions. Lunch seating will also be organized by geographical region to make it easier for you to network. Make sure to bring plenty of business cards to pass out to your fellow Compference attendees.
Official Compference Receptions
This year, Compference is hosting two official reception parties for you to wind down and relax after a full day of learning and soaking in compensation strategy.

- When: Wednesday Sept. 19 at 5:30pm
- Where: Swan Lap Pool at the Compference hotel

Amusement Park Day
