Human Resources (HR) Manager:
Pros: The biggest plus of working in HR is having the opportunity to work with people and being involved with their journey from initial recruitment, hiring, being the initial impression of the company and our culture, getting the opportunity to make them feel welcome to the new environment, assisting employees with whatever issues they have, observing the development of skills and knowledge and how each contribute their talents to the company and also being the last person they meet with during separations.
