Making your company a better place, one person at a time.
Human Resources (HR) Manager:
Pros: The employees of our company are our most important asset. I enjoy working along side them; we learn, share and empower each other. Providing them with clear and consistent information is vital to their success. It builds the strong foundation of excellent employees who provide excellent customer service.
Cons: That I have 2 managers that treat me as beneath them and treat my private office as their own. The pay I'm currently receiving. I'm responsible for a large amount of important and crucial items, this pay seems unfitting for what I'm solely taking care of.
