Customer Service Representative (CSR) Reviews
What is it like working as a Customer Service Representative (CSR)?
October 2021
I work as a Customer Care representative, from home -- NOT Akron, OH.
Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Akron:
Pros: The comradery, teamwork, transparency, and direction towards a more technologically advanced work environment. Ever changing -- for the better! Frequent position openings and availability to switch paths within corporate. Friendly environment and always willing to help or lend a hand.
Cons: Nothing, really. Not a whole lot to complain on. Very nice environment. Of course, this experience may be different than working in the field or at a store location.

It sucks, mostly.
Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Murfreesboro:
Pros: My regular customers are friendly and I genuinely enjoy seeing and doing for them.
Cons: My boss deals with me with a more irion fist due to high expectations and is upset if I need to call out. Most customers treat cashiers like trash. And coworkers rarely respect each other, the company, boss, or rules of the job.

I like the mission presented by my company however I do not feel like there is enough support for the clients and/or employees.
Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Phoenix:
Pros: I get to work from home.
Cons: If I had my way it would be cooler. Lol

Great Job and career if you want it to be.
Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Woodbury:
Pros: I like that I make more money than I did at a regular retail job. I like that the team has a great sense of humor, and everyone (mostly) is kind. I like that GEICO actually cares about your opinion and well-being and they don't tolerate mistreatment.
Cons: I don't like how close and how easy it is to lose calls with the metrics in service. If they didn't have such annoying metrics, the employees wouldn't quit so often.

Great place to work.
Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Las Vegas:
Pros: The values and goals. Helping others find a good and fair PEO.
Cons: My role I was hired for is being dissolved
