Pros: I love that everything is close and there's public transport to most places. The views around the city are beautiful.
Cons: It's always windy and cold. There isn't very many career options in Wellington.

Great insurance benefits.

Pros: Benefits are culture are pretty good. 4 weeks of vacation for new full time employees.
Cons: Sales metrics are a little difficult but the customer survey metric is unreliable and ends up hurting employees who work hard and don't get credit from clients who They've helped and instead eat the rating the clients want to give the bank. I.E. The customer service was great BUT the bank is too far where I live so I'll give it a 5 out of 10.
