Did not get the raise, I was told that it was not in the budget

I was not consider for any type of raise. I requested an increased but my supervisor felt that there was no money in budget to approve my reqeust. But there was money in the budget to send a person from my department to Vegas for 5 days for training. Her and her entire family. Guess that told me where I stood, even though I put in over 60 hours a week.
