I started working for this company over 3yrs ago, and felt that what i was being paid after studies and requirements were met, was unfair. So I quit, after the employer told us we were not getting a raise this yr. When I was hired by the new agent, under the same company, was promised a raise after 3 months, and then changed it to giving health coverage INSTEAD, which should have already been included from besides the fact. When I was hired in, my responsibilities included answering the phones, filing and assisting the sales executive. Now my responsibilities have increased to more sales, more paperwork, more data entry, driver check-in, handing out checks each week, answering phones, billing questions.
